I never got my $150.00 debit card so I called the rewards center. I was told the card was send out and used. I never got it so I asked where it was mailed. I was to told to the service location. I do not get mail there and never have. I told the rep I spoke to about getting the card that and that I get all my mail at my home. I get all my businessmail at my home. I do not work at my businesses so I never get mail there. The center mailed it to the service location and someone must have gotten a hold of it and used it. The reward center said it was my problem and I do not feel like it is because it was mailed to wrong adress. The business is not in the best area of Houston and that is another reason I do not get mail there. The gift card needs to be replaced because it is not my fault where it was mailed. I was told i was out of luck because the card was already used. I was told I need to report it to the police. What I can not get AT&T to understand is that it was a mistake on their part for mailing it to the wrong address. Every business I have ever dealt with ALWAYS ask where would you like this mailed to especially if it money related.
