    I Jack Renshaw when I call AT&A back on 12/4/2016 to sign up for there bundle for TV phone & internet was told I would be getting a reward card of 300$. Call AT&T on 02/10/17 spoke to Angie at there reward center 800# and was told it was only going to be 100$. I am on disability of 1094$ a month was looking to that money of 300$. So that bill of 187$ in late Feb will not be getting paid. I fill if someone says I will be getting 300$ then only give 100$ that is a stab in my back. Not happy at all with AT&T.   • never received notice to claim the reward

    I was told that they would sent me a reminder letter to claim the reward card , However I never received any notice from reward center for me to claim the VISA reward that they promised. I called them today to check the status of reward visa but they said it's just expired. This is scam, if not what is scam? The reward they promised should not have expired period beginning with.     After months of receiving constant calls and direct mail offers from AT&T Uverse my 84 year old mother agreed to get the internet / phone bundle. As she just gets by on her monthly social security deposits, the $200 visa reward card as pointed out by the sales person could be used towards her monthly uverse.   • Reward Scam

    When I signed up for service I was told a Visa Reward card would be mailed to me. It never was. When I contacted ATT to find out why I was told that it had been mailed and had already expired. I got new service in January, they said it was mailed in February and expired in March. They said there was nothing that could be done about it. I see I am not the only one this has happened to.   • Missing Rewards

    I am having difficulty getting any sort of customer assistance or support with this issue. When I bundled my ATT internet/ home phone and DIRECT TV, I was promised $150 in rewards for bundling these services. I have to this point been only sent $50. I am looking for clarification but for the last 3 weeks have not been able to get any. The rewards have to be claimed by a certain point in time.   • Did not get what was promised

    I switched from my previous TV/Internet service for AT&T U-verse. No problem with the service, but I was promised 2 $200 rewards cards, 1 for signing up for the bundle and 1 for signing up online and choosing paperless billing. I received 1 $200 card and 1 $50 card. Customer service tells me that there was never an offer combination for 2 $200 cards. I know what I saw and signed up for.     I received a $20 AT &T Visa anniversary Reward Card within the last week. When I tried to activate to my surprise the response was %u201Calready redeemed%u201D.   • Rewards Mailed to Wrong Address

    I never got my $150.00 debit card so I called the rewards center. I was told the card was send out and used. I never got it so I asked where it was mailed. I was to told to the service location. I do not get mail there and never have. I told the rep I spoke to about getting the card that and that I get all my mail at my home. I get all my businessmail at my home.     I'm like many others, I signed up for uverse, dsl, home and cell phones. 650.00 a month in revenue for ATT. They did not give me my reward of a sonos play3.     I signed up for Uverse online, and during which the $300 cash reward card. I received an email advising me that there was an issue with the website and that promotion wasnt applicable. I called in to inquire about this, and during the same instance I received in the mail the same offer of the $300 cash reward card.     I had a simular situation. I signed up with ATT Uverse based upon a promise to receive $200 in Rewards cards. I never received the $200 Rewards card and when I followed up with ATT UVERSE they basically said too bad sucker! I will never do business with ATT again.     I did not receive the rewards I was told I would get once I switched to the UVerse 450 bundle. The sales rep told me I would get the internet free for six month, my total package would be $147.00 per month plus tax and in addition I would get 2 two $200.00 rewards adding up to $400.00.     I was sold the ATT Uverse 450 bundle pack over the phone January 28, 2010. I was sold the internet for free (38.00 value) for six months at a price of $147.00 per month. I was also getting $400.00 in rewards that I would have to call in 7-10 days to claim and was given a phone number to call. The sales rep had put me in for two (2) $200.00 rewards.     OK....I have been a customer with At&t Uverse for almost 2 yrs now. I have referred 3 different people. The first two people I referred, i incorrectly submitted the information so therefore i received no rewards. The third time i looked into this and set up everything correct.     In October of 2009 I nominated my sister into the ATT Uverse rewards program. She purchased 3 services at my suggestion. After her services were installed I registered her accounts and received email notifications from ATT that within 4-6 weeks I would get my visa cards rewards. I never got anything from ATT. I called several times and never got any satisfaction. My nomination has now expired and ATT says there is nothing that ca be done about it. A few hours after I read a lot of costumers negative & disastisfied comments, I received my $150 rewards card, I immediately began spring shopping on eBay/amazon & made 6 transactions for approximately $140, I had no problems whatsoever & each transaction was one after the other! All I want to do is take my 2,453 points and redeem them for merchandise, gas cards, gift cards. I do not want to join anything or pay any potion of the redemption. Please just tell me how I can redeem the points? So far no one has been able to tell me a simple procedure to do this.

I received a Uverse $50 reward card for signing up as promised. Tried to use it, and the store entered more than the $50 amount and the card was declined. On-line status showed it as redeemed so I called Uverse. They said the card was locked out for 3 or 4 days because of the wrong amount. Why, I don't know. I waited and tried it again at another store, being careful to tell them to enter only $50 and I would pay the difference. I watched them and they did, and the card was declined. I went home and checked the pin number (last 4 digits of the acct. no.), Tried again, and it was declined again. I checked the card status on line and it indicates the card has been redeemed. I have nothing in hand to show for it. It's Sunday so I can't reach Uverse. The card expires in 3 days. If I don't get this cleared up, I could lose the credit. Needless to say, I'm not a happy camper. Made three trips to use the card and still no reward. I have had more than $50 worth of hastle and gas money. Seems like too many people have trouble with getting the promised service. I hear DirecTV calling me back.

I got the bundle for internet and uversrt voice supposedto get a tablet and $150 rewards cards up to $350 i called to inquire there where abouts only to be told im not elgibile very very irritated they all are liers not once have i ever been told the same thing twice each time its complete opposite or the last and try to get any of the same person you spoke with before not once have i i could write about a 10 page letter defining the issues ive endoured over the past3 yrs.

I to Have been taken , with the promise of 200.00 reward card at time of sign up .. I was never told the I had to request the card. I called today after waiting 4 months . I was told that there nothing in there notes about the 200.00 . I was told that they could reward me only 100.00. this whole rewards thing is a joke . I was on the phone with Att for 2 hours .. And no one would give me what I was promise . I am going back to cable .. as soon as I can get it switched over .. I am also having a problem with a new att phone. Had to send by the phone and recieved a new one .. And I am having the same problems.. Seems no one is willing give me a different phone. I have had it with Att . It is not worth the argurvation ...

Yep! Yet another lie from the big companies. So does this break the contract? They promised something and didn't deliever. I believe that I have all the right to cancel my subscription? I believe this is what I'll do.

seems to be a sales gimmick. not rewarding you for what you HAVE done but they want you TO DO. Suckering you into upgrades, etc.
