I did not receive the rewards I was told I would get once I switched to the UVerse 450 bundle.

The sales rep told me I would get the internet free for six month, my total package would be $147.00 per month plus tax and in addition I would get 2 two $200.00 rewards adding up to $400.00.
Att rewards tell me I have no rewards in their system and I have to call ATT uverse to straighten out my rewards and do a three way calling with all of us on the line. I tried that today and the ATT representative called the rewards center and would not do a three way. I have been misled on the rewards that I was going to get if I switched carriers. Now ATT Uverse said I may qualify for $100.00 but the other rewards was in the free internet. I have emailed the CEO of ATT Uverse that I seen contact info on another complaint so i hope he is the correct CEO, Mr. Randall Stephenson. I asked the sales rep several times what rewards I was going to get to make sure there was no misunderstandings. I also wrote everything down while I was talking to her. But there is a misunderstanding and it doesn't sound like ATT Uverse will honor those promises. I was even told by two representatives that I was only entitled to those rewards if I signed up online...my question is why didn't the sales rep inform me of that instead of offering me $400.00 in rewards over the phone. I have so much more to add to this story and names I can add if ATT Uverse is willing to investigate. I will be switching back to my old carrier if this is not resolved immediately...no more waiting another 30 days like I was told to do after installation!!
