Product:	ATT Uverse Rewards on Bundle Packs

I am having difficulty getting any sort of customer assistance or support with this issue. When I bundled my ATT internet/ home phone and DIRECT TV, I was promised $150 in rewards for bundling these services. I have to this point been only sent $50. I am looking for clarification but for the last 3 weeks have not been able to get any. The rewards have to be claimed by a certain point in time.

The lack of communication or access to it to clarify details is what is most frustrating. The offer of rewards when services are offered and purchased should not occur if you are not actually going to receive them. Someone should have the decency to return any of my messages or requests for an explanation during normal business hours.

I would like what I was promised now especially for the inconvenience.
